SOCIAL WORK DEPARTMENT

The social work program provides training and research on the ways in which people in distress can help them make the most of the opportunities available to them in society and the opportunities they currently have. The department receives support from fields including sociology, psychology, law, economics and political sciences. In addition to these fields, students receive medical and psychiatric social work, family and child welfare, guilt, population dynamics and social welfare social work methods and interview techniques.

Social work is a profession that provides a variety of new opportunities for people with leadership qualities interested in the welfare of savvy people. Graduates of the Department of Social Work serve as "Social Workers". Social workers can work in many public institutions, in particular the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, and in private organizations (dormitories, nursing homes, kindergartens, etc.).
